Great workout for those who like a Balanced full body workout. Using bands and weights for upper body & lower body strength. We do Interval Training, Ladder drills.

Location: At Tidelands Park, Coronado Island. First right turn after the Coronado Bay Brigde on to Glorietta. Drive to the stop sign. We meet on the Grass at the park entrance.

AT NO EXTRA COST!!! You can alternate and come to either time slots you can even stay for both sessions when ever you need it and you have the time!!!

Prepay for 4 weeks at the $10 rate of $120. Or pay as you come
